Wire-wrapped screens of corresponding sizes are placed into the oil well and filled with gravel with the appropriate grain size to create a secondary interception and filtration system with screen pipes blocking gravel and gravel blocking formation sand, and to ensure the smooth flowing of formation fluid, so as to control sand in the oil well and maintain a high yield. This technology is suitable for oil wells with good fluid supply, low clay content, well-sorted formation sand, large grain sizes and low crude oil viscosity. Improves the seepage conditions near the well zone by filling sand particles with uniform grain sizes and good roundness, and results in three sand barriers to prevent sand being yielded from the stratum in a better way. The seepage area around the filling layer is large, effectively preventing blockage. This technology is suitable for low-yield wells, muddy silty-fine sand wells and heavy oil wells with the advantage of long construction period.
The ERFS-1 sand inhibitor is a high molecular cationic polymer and it creates multiple adsorption points in sand and clay particles, resulting in a large network structure to stabilize the stratum by winding and prevent sand yielding. It is suitable for light sand wells, and has the advantages of simple construction and low cost.
ERFS-S Low-damage resin sand consolidation agent: after being injected into the stratum, the low-damage sand stabilizer with resin as the main cementing agent can solidify the formation sand into a sand barrier with certain strength and permeability with the aid of formation temperature and internal and external curing agents to prevent sand being yielded from the stratum. It is suitable for sand control in non-fine sand reservoirs, and has the advantages of good construction effect and low cost.
ERFS-T resin coated sand chemical sand control technology: a layer of resin shall be uniformly coated on the outer surface of quartz sand by a physicochemical method, and it will be solidified at normal temperature and converted into non-sticky stable particles, which will be carried to the sand yielding position of an oil well by the sand carrying liquid, and then, will be extruded out of a casing for full filling. When the resin on the gravel surface softens, adheres and consolidates to form an artificial borehole wall with good permeability and strength, sand yielding from the oil reservoir can be prevented. This method is suitable for oil wells with serious leakage.

The advantage is that it can achieve the separated layer water injection more than five layers, and can do the dropping and fishing test operations at any layer; The disadvantage is that it has higher requirements for construction team during the dropping and fishing test operations.
Test-adjustment integrated technology: For Erui's unique new test-adjustment integrated technology for water injection wells, during the test, the flowmeter shall be connected with the seal section for test. The flowmeter shall be placed into the water distributor at the lowest stage with steel wires; and then, such flowmeter shall be lifted up step by step to measure the flow of each layer in turn. The surface instrument monitors the flow-pressure curve in real time; the size of the water nozzle for the water injection valve shall be adjusted in time according to the change of the curve until the preset flow is reached. The advantage is that the test data ground is direct reading, stepless deployment, and can greatly reduce the water injection test adjustment time.

Sucker rod wax scraper: For rod-pumped wells with light wax deposition, nylon wax scrapers can be installed on the rods to remove wax during the reciprocating movement. The wax deposited on the rods will be removed in the first half stroke. The wax deposited on the inner wall of the oil pipe will be removed in the second half stroke due to the action of the stopper. At the same time, the oil flow quickly passes through the inclined opening and tooth groove of the wax scraper to carry away the removed wax to avoid clogging. Advantages are low cost and simple construction.
Continuous cable heating wax removal and prevention technology: For oil wells with wax deposition lifted by rod-less pumps, continuously heated cables will be placed into the oil pipe to heat and magnetize the crude oil. New pollution-free technology of wax removal with the thermal engine cleanout: the downhole lifting power is used to transport the liquid of the oil well to the heating furnace as a medium, and then the heat liquid will be delivered to the annular space of the oil well jacket, to form a closed loop for circulating heating and well flushing; The advantage is that it has no pollution to the formation and the effect is good.

With the development of the oil field and the decrease of formation temperature and pressure, the paraffin dissolved in the crude oil began to separate out, and the paraffin crystals gradually grew and accumulated and deposited on the pipe wall, which increased the oil flow resistance and even caused wax locking. To this Erui provides a series of wax removal and prevention technology, mainly including sucker rod wax scraper, continuous cable heating wax removal and prevention technology and new pollution-free technology of wax removal with the thermal engine clean out.
